2. Description of the service
Bolza Tracker is a stock analysis platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis alerts and ideas for stocks in major indices (S&P 500, IBEX 35, CAC 40, FTSE MIB, FTSE 100 and DAX). The service includes:
- Dashboard with AI-generated analysis alerts.
- Interactive charts with technical indicators.
- AI-generated commentary and analysis.
- Telegram alerts.
3. Registration and accounts
Access to the service requires registration via a Google account. Users agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
4. Service access
Access to the dashboard and all analysis tools is free upon account creation. We currently do not offer paid plans or subscriptions on the platform.
5. Marketing communications and promotional offers
Accepting these Terms allows you to use the platform, but does not by itself mean you agree to receive advertising.
Advertising, product updates and promotional offers sent by electronic means (for example, in-app notifications or official channel messages) will only be sent where the user has provided prior, specific, informed and unambiguous consent through a separate checkbox, in line with GDPR and Article 21 of the Spanish LSSI.
Where a prior contractual relationship exists, we may send information about similar products or services, always including a simple and free opt-out mechanism in each communication (Art. 21.2 LSSI).
Users may withdraw consent or object to these communications at any time, free of charge, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
6. Informational nature — Exclusion of advice
The content provided by Bolza Tracker is exclusively informational and educational. Under no circumstances does it constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments.
Signals, analyses and commentary generated by artificial intelligence solely reflect automated processing of public market data and should not be considered personalised investment advice.
Users are solely responsible for their investment decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before taking any position in financial markets.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content (texts, graphics, code, designs, algorithms, trademarks) is the property of HURTADO GLOBAL MEDIA GROUP S DE RL DE CV or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property legislation.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of signals or analyses.
- We are not liable for losses arising from investment decisions based on platform content.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months, if any.
9. User obligations
- Use the service in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
- Do not redistribute, resell or share the service's content.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access or reverse engineering.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, without prejudice to any applicable legal actions.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Madrid (Spain), without prejudice to any rights afforded to consumers under applicable law.
12. Dispute resolution
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we inform you of the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance through the platform and, when appropriate, via our official channels.
